【摘要】 目的：探讨痹痛灵胶囊抗风湿镇痛的临床效果。方法：３０例活动期风湿性关节炎病人采用痹痛灵胶囊治疗，并作治疗前后对照研究。结果：病人症状、体征与治疗前对比均明显改善（Ｐ＜０．０１），各项理化指标与治疗前对比有明显的改变（Ｐ＜０．０１）。病人总有效率为１００％，副作用轻微。结论：痹痛灵胶囊对风湿性关节炎有明显疗效，无明显副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Probe into the clinical effects of bitongling capsule on acute rheumatic arthritis. Methods: All 30 patients with rheumatic arthritis were treated by bitongling capsule and carries on the studying by itself contrasting. Results: After 3-months trearment,patients’ symptoms and signs such as aithralgia,articular dyskinesia improved notably( P <0.01). Labrory characters such as ESR,IgG and IgA decreased significantly( P < 0.01),the total efficacy rate was 100%. The side reaction was little. Conclusions: bitongling capsule has positive effects on rheumatic arthritis,and has no obvious side reaction.更多还原
