【Abstract】 The upper-air chart during 1986～1999 in fall has been traversed to select the forecast index. And the forecast index for 24h which comes from the physical factor also has been given by analyzing the data of Micaps during 1995～2000. Then the synthetic forecast can be done with the index and the output of artificial nerve network.更多还原
