【摘要】 当前 ,大学生中存在的各种问题皆反映出道德下滑的现实 ,大学德育实效性弱化突出。原因主要有德育教育与现实社会的要求脱节 ,教育工作者对德育工作认识上的偏差及部分教师自身素质存在问题等。文章从促进社会主义公德建设 ,加强大学生思想政治教育 ,营造校园全员德育氛围 ,完善高校德育体系 ,加强校园文化建设等方面 ,探讨了提高大学德育实效性的对策更多还原

【Abstract】 Efficency weakening of college moral training is a prominent problem.Main reason of that problem can be attributed to the disjionting of moral education and social reality,windage of educator’s recongnition on moral education and innate quality of some teachers.Counter measure on promoting efficiency of moral education was discussed from aspects such as promoting public moral construction,strengthening political education,building good campus moral environment and perfecting moral system etc..更多还原
