离子束介导外源全DNA转化对作物改良的原理初探

【摘要】 远缘杂交的实质是分子水平的片段杂交 ,进化过程中物种间的渐渗杂交是远缘杂交的自然形式 ,从而认为物种间分子水平上的片段杂交具有进化意义。离子束介导外源全DNA转化具有相似的机理。一些渐渗杂交引起的进化现象 ,也可为离子束介导外源全DNA转化技术的应用提供思路

【Abstract】 The essential of distant hybridization is the hybridization of the DNA fragments, Introgressive hybridization between species during evolution is the natural form of distant hybridization, which means that the hybridization of DNA fragments at the molecular level between species is very significant in the process of evolution. The effect of exogenous DNA transformation mediated by ion beam is the same as that of introgressive hybridization, which implies that this technique is feasible. Some evolutional phenomena caused by introgressive hybridization can serve as reference to the use of exogenous DNA transformation mediated by ion beam.
