【摘要】 为提高生菜的产量和品质 ,采用 2种基质 ,7种不同的施肥配方对生菜进行盆栽试验 .结果表明 :混合基质栽培的生菜 ,其产量 ,V- C,干物质、蛋白质含量比对应的无机基质栽培的高 ,硝酸盐含量降低 ,但粗纤维含量升高 ;同一基质栽培的生菜以有机肥 +化肥的处理产量较高 ,品质较好 ,V- C、蛋白质含量增加 ,硝酸盐、粗纤维含量下降 ,单施有机肥的生菜品质虽好 ,但单株产量过低 ,施完全营养液的产量虽高 ,但品质差 ,尤其是硝酸盐累积严重 ;无机基质栽培生菜的有机肥 +化肥处理中硝酸盐含量与产量、蛋白质与硝酸盐含量间呈显著正相关更多还原

【Abstract】 With an application of two kinds of matrix and seven kinds of fertilizer prescription,to pot experiment of lettuce ( Lactuca sativa L.) studies of the effects of different kinds of matrix and fertilizer on the yield and quality of lettuce are made.Results indicat that the yield, vitamin C,dry matter,coarse fiber,protein of lettuce planted in mixed matrix are higher than those planted in inorganic matrix,its nitrate content decreased and its coarse fiber increased.In the same matrix,the yied of lettuce is high and the quality is good, organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer delivered;the yield is lowest and the quality is best,only organic fertilizer spread;Although the yield is high,the quality is bad,especially the nitrate cumulated seriously when fertilized by nutrient liquid.When organic fertilizers and chemical fertilizers in inorganic matrix are added to the lettuce,the correlations between protein and nitrate as well as,yield and nitrate come into being.更多还原
