【摘要】 为了解东北虎肺组织结构特点 ,并进一步探讨这些结构与其生理功能之间的关系 ,用光学显微镜对东北虎肺组织结构进行了观察 .结果表明 :东北虎肺胸壁膜较厚 ,胸膜下组织发达 ,胸膜主要由大量胶原纤维和弹性纤维组成 ,结缔组织深入肺脏内部构成支架 .导气部有发达的气管腺 ,细支气管管壁较薄 .呼吸部肺泡数多 ,每支呼吸性细支气管分出 6 8支肺泡管 ,肺泡较小 ,处于半充容状态 .更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to find out the peculiarity of histological structure of Panthera tigris altaica Temminck’s lung and probe into the relation between the fabric and physiology, and offer the basic theory of manual breeding, the study on histological structure of Panthera tigris altaica Temminck’s lung through glass-microscope was conducted.The results show that Panthera tigris altaica Temminck’s lung pleura wall is rather thick, and the organization under the pleura is well developed. The pleura is composed of a lot of collagen fibers and elastic fibers. It’s connective tissue stretches into the interior of lung, and constitutes the frame. There are flourishing trachea glands on airway part; bronchiole’s coat is rather thin. Respiratory region has a great number of alveolar ducts. There are 6 to 8 alveolar ducts in each of pneumatic bronchiole. Alveolus is rather small and semi-full.更多还原
