不同类型玉米细胞质雄性不育系恢复系选育

【摘要】 为给玉米细胞质雄性不育系恢复系的选育及杂交种的有效利用提供新途径和理论依据 ,2 0 0 0— 2 0 0 1年采用普通玉米自交系 478,8112和甜玉米自交系T0 1,T0 2 及糯玉米自交系N0 1,N0 2 与 6个来自 3种不同类型的玉米细胞质雄性不育系进行测交 ,鉴定了其测交后代的育性反应及完全恢复型组合的育性稳定性 .结果表明 :不育系GDS ,C836G ,CX36B ,C736CA ,C936G在试验条件下不育性稳定 ;自交系 8112 ,478是S型不育系C836H ,CX36B的恢复系 .甜玉米自交系T0 1,T0 2 是C型不育系GDS和T型不育系C936G的恢复系 .糯玉米自交系N0 1是C型不育系C836G和S型不育系C836H ,CX36B的恢复系 ;N0 2 是C型不育系GDS和S型不育系CX36B的恢复系 ;恢复型杂交组合GDS×T0 2 杂种一代在 2 0 0 1年春、秋季育性表现有差异 ,其他组合育性表现一致 .

【Abstract】 In order to provide a new way and theoretical basis for selection of R-line of cytoplasmic male sterile line and utilization of hybrid in maize,six cytoplasmic male sterile lines derived from three different cytoplasmic types were test-crossed with inbred lines such as 478,8112(common maize) and T 01 ,T 02 (sweet maize)as well as N 01 ,N 02 (waxy corn).The pollen restoration of F1 and the fertility stability of restored hybrids were examined. The results of these studies show that the sterility of cytoplasmic male sterile lines GDS,C836G,CX36B,C736CA, C936G are stable.Inbreds from common maize such as 8112 and 478 were restorers of cms-S lines C836H and CX36B.Inbreds from sweet T 01 and T 02 can restore the fertility of cms-C line GDS and cms-T line C936G.While inbred from waxy maize N 01 can restore the fertility of cms-C line C836G and cms-S lines C836H and CX36B, meanwhile N 02 is the R-lines of cms-C line GDS and cms-S line CX36B.All restored F1 hybrids except GDS×T 02 exhibited consistent restoration in Spring and Autumn,2001.
