【Abstract】 The unified message (UM) service is now being provided by more and more call centers and mail vendors. The UM serivce can integrate email, voice mail, fax mail into one_box and can thus enable ordinary users to deal with all kinds of information in one interface. In this paper, a Java_based framework is proposed to set up a unified message system that can run smoothly under different platforms. The feasibility of this framework has been proved by JTAPI (Java Telephony Application Procedure Interface) and JMS (Java Message Service).更多还原
