纤维改性水泥基材料的热性能研究

【摘要】 当今建筑工程对建筑材料保温节能的要求越来越高 ,在合成纤维增强混凝土材料的应用取得初步成功的基础上 ,根据材料保温机理 ,本研究通过加入不同品种纤维 ,研究了水泥基纤维复合材料的保温性能。结果表明 ,纤维结构 (孔数、中空度 )是影响材料导热性能、导温性能的主要因素 ,九孔中空纤维的加入使水泥复合材料的保温性能有很大程度的提高。纤维掺入量对材料的变温稳定性有一定影响。特别有意义的是 ,九孔中空纤维的加入使水泥复合材料的保温性能有很大程度的提高

【Abstract】 Energy consumption situation is serious and energy saving is seldom taken into account in construction. Thermal preservation performance of cement with different fiber is studied in this paper. Results show that the adding of fiber could improve the heat preservation behavior of cement. The thermal performance of fiber/cement composite is more stable than normal cement in the environment with inconstant temperature; the primary factor that affects the heat transmission of composite is the morphological structure of fiber added. The amount of fiber added influences the heat-store performance of cement composite. Compared with the other fibers added, the adding of fiber with nine holes in fiber cross-section improves the thermal preservation behavior of cement composite most obviously.
