【摘要】 通过对建筑工程招标评标的系统分析 ,建立了评价指标体系 ,运用系统工程知识和模糊分析设计方法 ,建立了多因素模糊层次综合评判决策模型 ,利用模糊综合评判的方法进行建筑工程招标评标定标 ,能够很好地处理类似模糊决策的问题 ,它不仅充分发挥了评标专家的作用 ,还尽可能地减少了个人主观臆断所带来的危害 ,为合理进行评标决策提供了科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 By the systems analysis that the mark is commented invited tenders to the architectural engineering,the evaluation quota system has been established.Using system engineering knowledge and fuzzy analysis edsign method,the fuzzy synthetical judge policy decision modelsof administrative levels has been established.Make use of the method of fuzzy synthetical judge go on the architectural engineering to invite tenders to comment the mark calibration,the problem of similar fuzzy polycy decision can well be dealt with very much.It has not only fully given play to the effect of mark expert is commented,but also the harm of bringing is assumed to individual’s subjectiveness has been decreased with trying one’s best.The science basis has been provided in order reasonably to comment the mark policy decision.更多还原
