用工业原料合成中孔分子筛
Synthesis of Mesoporous Molecular Sieve Using Industrial Raw Material
【摘要】 以工业用的水玻璃和三甲基十六烷基溴化胺 (CTAB)为原料 ,用H2 SO4 调节浆料pH值 ,在浆料混合物物质的量比为n(SiO2 )∶n(Na2 O)∶n(CTAB)∶n(H2 SO4 )∶n(H2 O) =7∶2 .0 8∶(0 .7~ 3.5 )∶(1~ 1.36 )∶(35 0~ 5 46 )的范围内 ,10 0℃静置晶化 1~ 5天均可合成出中孔分子筛 ,并利用XRD和孔径分布测定对其孔结构进行了表征
【Abstract】 Using industrial water glass and C 16H 33(CH 3) 3NBr(CTAB) as raw materials,H 2SO 4 as an adjustable agent of pH value of the slurry,the mesoporous molecular sieve is synthesized under the following mild conditions, crystallizing temperature 100℃ for 1~5d,the mole ratio of the slurry mixture SiO 2∶Na 2O∶CTAB∶H 2SO 4∶H 2O=7∶2.08∶(0.7~3.5)∶(1~3.6)∶(350~546).The characterization of its pore structure is carried out by XRD and measurment of pore distributing .
