陈年旧案“半费之讼”的新探与启迪
New Probe into An Old Case of "Action for A Half Tuition
【摘要】 “半费之讼”既关涉到逻辑问题 ,又关涉到法律问题。但主要还是逻辑问题。“半费之讼”的双方都犯有同样严重的逻辑错误。旧案新探 ,明辨是非 ,对我们仍有启示作用。
【Abstract】 The case of"Action for a half tuition"involves both in logic and in law,but it is mainly a problem of logic because both sides concerned just made serious mistakes in logic.Therefore,it is instructive for us to probe into this case again to distinguish between right and wrong.
