【Abstract】 The first-ten-year implementation of Administrative Procedure Law is a good beginning,but it tends to develop slowly in recent years,which mainly results from the weak legal sense.Therefore,the improvement of legal sense can help administrative proceedings out of the plight.Definitely,the legal sense of the whole society should be improved,including the legal sense of the national organs and their clerks,the judicial organs and judges,and the self-protection-of-right sense of the administrative counterpart.更多还原
