降低涤粘混纺纱纱疵的工艺实践
Process Practice to Reduce the Defect of Polyester/Viscose Mixed Yarn
【摘要】 通过对布面纱疵的分析，找出牵伸工艺与纱疵的关系，经过工艺测试，合理选择并条、粗纱和细纱等主要牵伸工艺参数，降低布面纱疵率。
【Abstract】 This paper points out the relationship between drawing process and yarn defect by analyzing fabric yarn defect. And through process test and reasonable selection of drafting process parameters of drawing, roving and spun yarn, the fabric yarn defect rate can be reduced.
