高速烟支切割支撑装置动力学仿真研究
Research of Dynamical Simulation in High Speed Cigarette-cutting Support System
【摘要】 基于机械系统动力学仿真原理,提出了一种集计算机辅助设计、有限元分析、机构运动仿真于一体的新方法.在ADAMS软件环境下,建立了ADAMS与ANSYS之间的双向数据传输,并对高速卷烟机烟支切割装置虚拟原型系统进行了动力分析,取得了满意的效果.
【Abstract】 Based on the simulation principle of mechanical system dynamics,a new method that integrates computer aided design (CAD),finite elements analysis (FEA) and mechanical system simulation (MSS) technology is presented.A twoway model data exchange is established to transfer model from ANSYS to the ADAMS environment.Investigation of the virtual prototype of a high speed cigarettecutting support system is carried out and the model responses were also in reasonable agreement with the test data.
