【Abstract】 This paper studies the placement method of VBR video objects on the multi-zone disks, the organizing methods of the video files, and the disk I/O smooth scheduling and admission controlling policies. It mainly develops a scale placement algorithm and the disk I/O smooth scheduling policy under the supporting of buffer. The simulation result shows that the algorithms and policies are feasible and effective.更多还原
