【摘要】 美国等西方国家千方百计做大做强留学生产业。海南省作为中国最大的经济特区,在发展留学生教育方面是可以大有作为的。海南大学要加快加大留学生教育的发展,在管理体制方面,关键是要改制;在招生方面,应彻底打破以前由海南大学独自负责的限制和无为的表现,充分发挥海南大侨乡的优势;在教学方面,拟开发、引进和开设既符合教学规范又符合市场需要的课程。更多还原

【Abstract】 The U.S.A., as well as some western countries, has tried every possible ways to make larger and stronger industry of overseas students’ education. Hainan, the largest special economic zone in China, surely has an ample scope for the development of overseas students’ education. In managerial system, reform will be the key factor to quicken the development. In the field of enrolment, by breaking the limitation that Hainan University is the only one responsible for the enrolment and getting rid of some inactive practice, we should make full use of Hainan’s advantages as the big province inhabited by the relatives of overseas Chinese and returned overseas Chinese. In teaching, we are expecting to develop and offer the courses that conform to teaching standard and accord with the market demand.更多还原
