【Abstract】 This paper tries to reveal the key reasons why the islands such as Bali, Phuket, Maldives and Langkawi can develop to be the most famous holiday destinations. In terms of the condition in Hainan island, six rules serve as what we should learn from them. The six rules are: protecting the natural environment, strengthening destination promotion, changing the governmental function, developing sightseeing tourism and holiday tourism simultanously, developing holiday tourism beyond the existing distribution of towns and highlighting environmental superiority in designing and constructing tourism facilities.更多还原
