【摘要】 目的　观察依西美坦治疗绝经后晚期乳腺癌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法　依西美坦 2 5mg ,每天 1次 ,口服。治疗前及每一周期末检测肝、肾功能 ,血常规 ,血浆雌二醇水平。结果　可评价疗效的 2 0例 ,CR1例 ,PR3例 ,SD10例 ,RR2 5 %。临床受益率70 %。未出现严重不良反应 ,全组病人均可耐受。结论　依西美坦治疗晚期绝经后乳腺癌疗效好 ,毒副反应小 ,病人易于耐受更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To Observe the therapeutic effect and toxicity of Exemestane in the treatment of postmenopausal women with advanced breast cancer.Methods The patients were treated with 25mg qd po.Before treatment and the end of every cycle,the liver and kidney functions,blood routine and estradiol in blood serum were examined.Results Twenty patients were evaluable for efficacy.There were 1 CR,3 PR and 10 SD,Both the overall response rate and the clinical benefit rate were 25% and 70% respectively.All patients of the group were treated without any toxcity.Conclusions Exemetane is an effective medicine for breast cancer among postmenopausal women,while the adverse effects are mild and tolerable.更多还原
