【摘要】 目的　探讨NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法　 2 7例非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)病人采用PDD +NVB方案化疗至少 3周期。结果　总缓解率 44 % ;初次治疗者有效率为 5 2 9% ,复治者为 3 0 %。腺癌有效率 3 3 3 % ,鳞癌有效率 5 0 %。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制及静脉炎。结论　NP方案对晚期非小细胞肺癌有较好的疗效和可耐受的毒副作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of NP combined regimen on advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods 27 cases of advanced NSCLC patients received chemotherapy with NVB and PDD.Results overall response rate was 44% (12/27),being 52 9%(9/17) and 30% (3/10) for primary and secondary treatment cases respectively.The effective rate of adenocarcinoma was 33.3% and that of squamous carcinoma was 50%.The main toxic side reactions include arrest of bone marrow and phlebitis.Conclusion It was thought that the combined chemotherapy with NVB and PDD gave just as good effect for advanced lung cancer.更多还原
