【摘要】 目的　用复合体、玻璃离子水门汀、银汞对乳磨牙邻面龋进行治疗 ,并作临床疗效的比较。方法　用复合体、玻璃离子水门汀、银汞各充填了 6 0颗患有邻面龋的乳磨牙 ,定期随访 2年 ,观察形态、密合度、边缘着色、色泽、继发龋、牙髓反应 6个方面的治疗效果。结果　 6个月内临床效果无差异 ,1年后差异有显著性。复合体在形态、密合度、继发龋 3方面优于玻璃离子水门汀和银汞 ,在边缘着色、色泽方面 ,复合体较GIC好。结论　远期效果复合体优于GIC和银汞。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical treatment effect of the proximal caries filled with compomer, glassionomer cement (GIC) and amalgam. Methods Sixty of deciduos teeth with proximal caries were separated into three groups and filled with compamer, glassionomer and amalgam separately. The shape, adaption, edge coloring tint, secondary caries and electrical test of teeth were investigated after two years. Result There was no difference between three groups after half year and there were significant differences after one year. Compomer had superior over GIC and amalgam in the shape, adaption, and less secondary caries and color tint. GIC had better properties than amalgam. Conclusion For long-range protective, compomer might have more advantages than those of GIC and amalgam.更多还原
