【摘要】 目的了解边疆不同民族地区女护士睡眠状况。方法采用睡眠自评量表 (SRSS)对 5 0名思茅医院护士进行调查。结果护士 9项因子分、总分与常模比较 ,均P <0 0 1,差异有极显著性意义。 74 %的护士存在不同程度的睡眠问题 ,30 %的护士经常服用药物帮助睡眠。结论边疆少数民族地区特定亚文化对护士睡眠状况有一定影响 ,普遍存在各种睡眠问题 ,甚至经常服用药物帮助睡眠 ,提示护士睡眠问题有可能导致药物依赖 ,应引起各界人士的关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the sleep state of nurses in frontier different nations.Methods SRSS was applied to study 50 nurses. Results The scores of 9 factors and total scores of the nurses were different from those of the normal mode ( P <0 01). 74 % nurses suffered from sleep disturbances to some extent and 30 % nurses usually took medicines for sleep.Conclusion The specific cultural environment in the frontiers had some influence on the sleep state of the nurses.
