【摘要】 目的探讨Orbscan角膜地形图检查系统 (ORB)与角膜内皮测厚仪测量的角膜厚度值之间的差异性。方法分别应用ORB与角膜内皮测厚仪对 17例 (34眼 )病人的中央角膜厚度进行测量 ,对两组测量值进行配对t检验、直线相关和回归分析。结果ORB检测的角膜厚度均值为 (5 17 6 4± 49 4 8) μm ,角膜内皮测厚仪检测的均值为(5 42 4 4± 35 91) μm ,后者显著高于前者 (t=2 37,P <0 0 5 ) ,两者呈显著正相关 (r =0 6 5 8,P <0 0 1)。 结论临床测量角膜厚度时应考虑两种仪器测量值之间的差异性 ,以作出精确判断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the difference of Orbscan corneal morphological detecting system (ORB) and corneal thickness meter in the measurements of corneal thickness values. Methods ORB and corneal thickness meter were used to separately measure the central corneal thickness in 17 patients (34 eyes). Paired t test, linear regression analysis and linear relation analysis were used to analyze the measured values in the two groups.Results The mean corneal thickness measured by ORB or corneal thickness meter was (517.64±49.48) μm and (542.44±35.91) μm (t=2.73, P<0.05) with a significantly positive relationship (r=0.658, P<0.01).Conclusion The difference of the two apparatus in the measurements of the corneal thickness should be considered and accurately evaluated.更多还原
