【摘要】 目的探讨 ICU护士腰背痛的发生原因及预防对策。方法运用 FOCUS- PDCA程序分析日常工作程序中的各个环节 ,找出导致 ICU护士腰背痛的原因。运用专题讲座、图片讲解、分组练习等指导 ,使护士掌握力学原理及锻炼腰部的方法 ;改善病区设施。结果护士腰背痛频繁发作人员从 39名 (81.2 5 % )降至 11名 (2 2 .92 % )。 χ2 =2 3.11,P<0 .0 1。结论 FOCUS- PDCA程序的应用可预防及减轻 ICU护士的腰背痛更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the causes of lumbago and back pain of ICU nurses and preventive measures. Methods Using FOCUS PDCA program, daily work processes were analyzed to find out the causes for lumbago and back pain of ICU nurses. Under the instruction of special topic speaking, picture lecture and grouping exercise, nurses mastered the mechanical principle and the methods for training waist.Results The incidence of lumbago and back pain of ICU nurses was obviously decreased. Conclusion FOCUS PDCA program can be used to prevent lumbago and back pain of ICU nurses.更多还原
