【摘要】 目的减轻妇科手术病人因术后存在不适症状所造成的忧虑。方法对 196例妇科良性肿瘤病人 (术后 7d)进行调查 ,然后再请受调查者出院时随带一份问卷 ,待症状消退后完成问卷并寄回。问卷回收率 85 .2 0 %。结果病人术后存在 9种常见不适症状 (盆腔创面牵拉痛、腰背酸痛、膀胱牵扯痛、盆腔下坠感、肠蠕动痛、腹部伤口痛、静脉穿刺点痛、肩胛骨下牵拉痛、腓肠肌痛等 ) ,症状发生与妇科 3种常见手术方式无相关性。 76 .0 8%的不适症状于术后 30 d消失 ,96 .36 %于术后 6 0 d消失。结论在病人出院前做好解释说明 ,让其了解不适症状发生的原因及症状消退时间 ,可解除病人康复期后顾之忧。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To alleviate the anxiety of the patients due to discomfort following gynaecological operation. Methods 196 patients with gynaecological benign tumor were investigated 7 days after operation and received a questionnaire survey. The rate of recovery for the questionnaire was 85 20 %. Results Nine common discomforts occurred in the patients after operation. The occurrence of the symptoms was not related with the ways of common gynaecological operation. The discomforts of 76 08 % and 96 36 % disappeared 30 days and 60 days after operation respectively. Conclusion The understanding of the causes and remission for the discomforts after operation could alleviate the anxiety of the patients with gynaecological tumor.更多还原
