【摘要】 目的寻找一种简便可行的静脉留置套管针封管方法。方法将 10 2例行静脉留置套管针的病人随机分为压力组 ( 5 1例 ,14 6例次 ,采用原液压力法进行封管 )和肝素组 ( 5 1例 ,16 2例次 ,采用肝素液进行封管 )。结果两组输液情况、封管时间、置管时间比较 ,差异无显著性意义 (均 P>0 .0 5 )。结论原液压力封管法能替代传统的肝素液封管法 ,且具有操作简便、节省资源等优点更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate a convenient and reliable method for intravenous (i.v.) catheter sealing. Methods 102 patients with i.v. catheter were randomly divided into two groups: pressure group with the pressured injecta being employed to seal the catheter and heparin group with heparin being used to seal the catheter. Results There was no significant difference in fluid infusion, sealing time and indwelling time between the two groups. Conclusion Pressured injecta sealing is more simple but less costly, and could substitute for the heparin sealing.更多还原
