【摘要】 目的探讨新形势下护理人员对工作压力的应对行为 ,寻求减轻工作压力的良好途径。方法采用问卷调查法对 186名护士进行调查。结果护士多以积极的方式应对压力 ,寻求支持、身体放松法、自我分析等是克服压力的有效策略。结论减轻护士工作压力 ,除了学会良好自我调适外 ,提高管理者的支持是影响工作人员心理健康的有效途径更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the nurses’ response to tension in the new era and to search for a good way for reducing the working tension. Methods A questionnaire investigation was performed on 186 nurses. Results Most of the nurses actively copied with the tension. Support, body relaxation, self analysis were the effective measures for reducing tension. Conclusion Good self regulation could reduce the working tension of the nurses. In addition, the support of the managers could effectively influence the mental health of the working staff.更多还原
