中专并入高校后师资队伍建设的初步探索
The preliminary explorations on the building of the teacher group after a secondary schools’ merging into a college or university
【摘要】 中等学校并入高校后 ,师资队伍建设成为最突出的问题。根据高等教育的要求 ,应有针对性地对现有师资队伍进行改造和建设 ,以期在较短的时间内建设一支教学、科研过硬的师资队伍 ,实现中等教育到高等教育质的变化。
【Abstract】 Having been merged into Universities,secondary schools are facing their most prominent problem--buiding the teacher group.According to the requirements of the higher education, we should carry out innovation and construction on the existing teacher group in order to build a competent excellent group in both teaching and science researching in respectively short time.
