【Abstract】 This paper analyses the current problems existing in the state owned commercial banks,it states the attack and challenge to them from the foreign banks after China′s entry into WTO.And then it offers the following countermeasures of the commercial banks on how to succeed in the competition.Firstly,we should strengthen hazard controls and upgrade the capital quality by furthering the reform of the state owned commercial banks.Seconkly,while encouraging the innovation of the commercial banks,we should explore more service avenues and raise the service standard and efficiency.Thirdly,we should promote the cooperation between the domestic and foreign commercial banks and accelerate the rational flow of the financial resources.Fourthly,we should establish a new manage concept and strengthen the scientific administration of the staff.And fifthly,we should enhance the financial supervision of the commercial banks and achieve more success in it.更多还原
