【摘要】 目的:探讨原发性主动脉瘤消化道瘘围手术期的护理措施,提高患者生存率。方法:回顾性总结9例原发性主动脉瘤消化道瘘的护理,术前病情观察,术后并发症的护理。结果:9例中4例在入院三天内因消化道出血未能手术而死亡,5例在行急诊手术中2例因大出血死亡,1例因多器功能衰竭死亡,2例虽然术后出现高热,肺部感染,呼吸衰竭,失血性休克,心衰等严重并发症,但经精心治疗护理后痊愈出院。结论:术前严密细致病情观察及术后并发症的正确护理,对提高手术成活率具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the nursing management with primary aoutoenteric fistula in the perioperative period in order to improve the survival rate. Methods: Nursing, monitoring the preoperative course of disease and caring the postoperative complications among nine patients with aortoenteric fistula wer retrospectively analyzed. Results: Among 9 cases, four cases died due to aggressive gastrointestinal bleeding which resulted in losing the operative opportunity. Five cases underwent the emergency operations. Twocases died because of aggressive bleeding. One case died because of multisystem organ dysfunction . Although two cases experienced the severe complications such as high fever, pulmonary infection, respiratory falure, hemorragic shoch and heart failure, they recovered by careful therapy and nursing. Conclusions: Thoroughly observing the preoperative course and right nursing the postoperative complications benefit the operative survival rate of aortoenteric fistula.更多还原
