蛋白质多样性的数学分析
Mathematical Analysis of the Variety of Protein
【摘要】 瞬息万变的生命现象 ,给数学提出了大量复杂运算与许多用数值不易表示的变化 ,推进了数学打破传统结构 ,开拓新的数学领域和方法 ,运用到生命科学研究和发展过程 .以mRNA长链为模板 ,合成翻译蛋白质肽链的过程中 ,其三联密码符号 ,即核苷酸的 4种信息符号U、C、A、G ,决定了氨基酸的排序变化 ,同时传输遗传信息 .这里用数学理论和方法 ,例证 2 0种氨基酸排序变化的多样性 ,致使蛋白质肽链结构的多样性 ,以至生物性状、生物种类多样性 .
【Abstract】 The fast changing life phenomena bring forward a great deal of complex mathematical operations and many changes which can’t be indicated by figures easily,and push us to break the traditional mathematical framework,exploit new mathematical fields and methods and use them in the research and developing process of the life sciences.For instance,in the process of composing translating protein chain in the templet of mRNA long chain,its three codes-the fourinformation symbols(U,C,A,G) of ribonucleic acid decide the order of the aminoacid and transmit the heredity information.Here,in the mathematics method,wexemplify the variety of the order of 20 amino acids,which make the structure of protein chain various,and even the characters and the species of living things various.
