浅谈松花江干流穿堤建筑物的确定
Brief discussion on determination of the building across the dike on the branch flow of Songhua River
【摘要】 阐述了如何确定松花江干流穿堤建筑物的个数、流量及类型,并说明了穿堤建筑物对防洪除涝的重要作用。
【Abstract】 This paper discusses how to determine the number,volume and type of the building across dikes on the branch flow of Songhua River and illustrates the important function of the building to control flood.
