【摘要】 试验用 2只白色家兔通过点眼和肌肉注射 ,观察QFM合剂的局部刺激性 ,以评价其临床实用价值。结果表明 :QFM合剂点眼 ,15min时 ,眼结膜呈现轻度潮红 ,有流泪倾向 ;30min时 ,眼结膜潮红、充血 ,并表现畏光、流泪 ;至 6 0min时 ,潮红逐渐消退 ,停止流泪 ;至 90min时 ,眼结膜色泽已经恢复至用药前状态 ,其它未见异常。QFM合剂肌肉注射 ,注药点与对照侧生理盐水注药点无差异。试验结果说明QFM合剂有一定的刺激性 ,但表现程度轻微。符合规定标准 ,可供肌肉注射更多还原

【Abstract】 The stimulation of QFM combination to local tissue was observed in two rabbits to evaluate its clinical practical use.The results showed that: The QFM combination was dropped into eyes.The conjunctiva showed wild wet-red and the eyes teared at 10 minute. The conjunctiva showed wet-red, congested, afraid of light, tearing at 30 minute; and began to disappear at 60 minute. The conjunctiva and all the others were normal at 90 minute.The control was normal.QFM combination used intramuscularly, the color of the muscle stabbed restored to normal after 48h.The results indicate that QFM combination has a little stimulation on local tissue, but very slight. QFM combination satisfied the standard of applying intramuscularly and can be used intramuscularly.更多还原
