【Abstract】 The cases were in status of low phosphorus and were with through detecting the content of phosphorus in serum.The some cows with hypophosphatemia in Xianfeng county of Anda city were choiced as experiment animal.After adding with herbage composed high phosphorus and VD 3,the calcium,phosphorus,VD 3 and its metabolism activity in serum,antioxydant ability,bone metabolism optimizing factor,cytokine etc,and their dynamic change were detected to find out the effect of VD 3 on the bone metabolism and cytokine in the cows with hypophosphstemia.The result showed that:the content of IL-1,IL-6 in serum of cows with hypophosphatemia increased.更多还原
