【摘要】 试验采用从菜籽饼中分离出的异硫氰酸丙烯酯、苯基丙腈、戊烯腈和己烯腈等四种毒素对雏鸡进行病理组织学观察。结果表明 :四种毒素除可引起共同的病变外 ,异硫氰酸丙烯酯对雏鸡单纯性甲状腺肿的致病作用较之其他三种毒素为甚 ;而苯基丙腈、戊烯腈和己烯腈在引起肌肉的蜡样坏死、脑膜脑炎和组织器官间质结缔组织的粘液样变性等病变的作用则较为显著 ;混合毒素对雏鸡所引起的病变 ,与菜籽饼或脱毒菜籽饼对动物的病理损伤相一致更多还原

【Abstract】 Pathological histology of four kinds of toxin in cluding ajircl-isothiocyanate,phenyt,propanenitrile,pentenenitrile,hexenenitrile,was observed.The result showed that simple thyreoncus of ajircl-isothiocyanate on young chicken was most obviously,and that muscle waxy necrosis menigoce phalitis and interstitial connective tissue mucoicd degeneration of tissue or organ of other kinds of toxin on young chicken were more obviously.In addition,pathological lesions was the same between mixed toxin of Rapesed cakes and toxin of Rapeseed cakes or detoxicated Rapeseed cakes.更多还原
