【摘要】 运用膜分离技术回收大豆乳清液中的有用成分不仅可以减轻环境工作的压力 ,而且可以带来巨大的经济效益。对国内外大豆蛋白生产废水—乳清液的膜技术回收研究进行了综述 ,着重讨论了超滤膜的应用研究 ,并结合实践提出了自己观点 ,为实现大豆乳清液膜技术回收在我国的工业化应用提供参考更多还原

【Abstract】 The reclamation of soybean whey by membrane not only can reduce the loads of environmental engineering,but also bring tremendous benefits.Reviews the development of the reclamation of soybean whey by membrane process,especially of the utilization of ultrafiltration in the reclamation,as well as points out the problems encountered,which are referencable to realize the industrial application of soybean whey reclamation by membrane process in China.更多还原
