【摘要】 目的　观察和解法方药治疗效果及探讨和解法为主对溃疡性结肠炎患者的作用机制 ,为临床用药提供依据。方法　采用和解法方药对 30例溃疡性结肠炎患者进行了临床观察 ,并与西药对照组比较 ,采用双抗体夹心ELISA法 ,对和解法方药治疗前后的溃疡性结肠炎患者的TNF -a、IL - 8和sIL- 2R含量进行了检测。结果　和解法为主中药疗效明显优于西药对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,能调节溃疡性结肠炎患者TNF -a、IL - 8水平 ,使其恢复正常状态 ;但sIL - 2R水平未能达到正常。结论　和解法为主治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著 ,并为预防复发应长期巩固治疗 ,其作用与调节免疫功能有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the treatment effects of the mediation method and discuss effect mechanism to the patients of ulcerative colitis,provied foundation for clinic.Method Adopted the mediation method to have clinical observation for 30 patients of ulcerative colitis.and compared with the western medicine group.Adopted the ELISA to detect the content of the TNF-a,IL-8 and sIL-2R of the patients of ulcerative colitis.Results The effects of the traditional medicine by mediation method are obviously better than the western medicine group(P<0.05).and can regulateTNF-a?IL-8 of the patients of ulcerative colitis,but sIL-2R can not reach the usual.Conclusion The effects of the traditional medicine by mediation method are distinct,should abstinence maintenance for long period for recurrence prevention,the effects are related to the immunity function.更多还原
