【摘要】 目的　为了解炎痛停对痛风的治疗作用。方法　对MSU致家兔和大鼠炎症动物模型、甲醛和醋酸致小鼠疼痛动物模型进行了治疗研究。结果　实验结果显示炎痛停 2 6 7g/kg可显著抑制MSU致家兔关节腔内炎症分泌液的生成 ,但对其关节液中的白细胞数无明显影响 ;炎痛停 4 0g/kg可显著抑制甲醛致小鼠足疼痛 ,炎痛停 4 1g/kg、8 2g/kg均能抑制MSU致大鼠足肿胀 ;炎痛停 2 0g/kg、4 0g/kg均能显著减少醋酸致小鼠扭体次数。结论　炎痛停具有一定的抗炎和镇痛作用 ,这些实验结果为临床将该药用于治疗痛风提供了一定的理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the tretment effect to gout of Yantongting Method Study on the animal model,which caused inflammation to rabbits and rats by MSU,and which cased mouse pain by formaldehyde and acetic acid Results The results showed that 2 67g/kg of Yantongting can obviously restrain the rabbit jiont inflammation caused by MSU, but it has no influence on the number of leucocytes of joint liquid 40g/kg of Yantongting can obviously restrain the pain of mouse’s foot caused by formaldehyde 4 1g/kg and 8 2g/kg of this medicine can both retrain swelling of mouse’s foot;20g/kg and 40g/kg of it can obviously reduce the mouse’s twisting caused by acetic acid Conclusion:Yan tong ting has certain resisting inflammation and analgesia function,and the results have put forward the theoretical foundation to clinic treatment更多还原
