利用花粉管通道法向小麦中导入麦谷蛋白高分子量优质亚基基因的研究初报

【摘要】 通过花粉管通道法向小麦中导入高分子麦谷蛋白 (HMW -GS)优质亚基基因 ,在D1代用半粒法进行谷蛋白电泳检测 ,获得 3粒种子含 5 + 10亚基 ,余下的半粒播入花盆中 ,三株都已成活。后代变异很小 ,除芒型变化外 ,其他性状几乎没有变化 ,这说明花粉管通道法导入HMW -GS基因 ,在改善小麦品质的同时 ,能最大限度的保留受体优异的农艺性状

【Abstract】 HMW and high quality gluten subunit gene was introduced into wheat through pollen tube pathway and determined with half-grain method by electrophoresis at the first generation. The result showed there were three grains with 5+10 gene. The other half-grain was sown into small-pot, now these plants are all living. There was no variation of agronomic traits except awn type. This showed that when wheat quality was improved by method of pollen tube pathway the parent’s agronomic traits was retained.
