【摘要】 目的　探讨减轻蒽环类化疗药物在治疗过程中所致局部不良反应的护理方法。方法　 4 0例应用蒽环类抗肿瘤药物化疗的恶性淋巴瘤患者随机分为静注组、静冲组两组。静注组 2 0例 ,采用静脉注射的给药方法 ;静冲组 2 0例 ,采用静冲给药方法。结果　静冲组皮肤局部反应轻 ,静脉炎发生率低、程度轻。结论　静冲的给药方法能有效预防蒽环类药物所致局部不良反应更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe the nursing method, abate the local side reaction of chemotherapy with doxorubicin. Methods 40 cases of malignant lymphoma patients were divided into two groups, the intravenous injection group and the intravenous flushing group. There were 20 cases of patients in each group. Results The local reaction of the intravenous flushing group is very light, phlebitis incidence and degree are very lower. Conclusions Intravenous flushing can effectively prevent the local side reaction.更多还原
