【摘要】 目的　研究医院Ⅲ类环境中使用无菌干罐存放持物钳的可行性。方法　观察不同季节、温度、湿度及室内空气是否用紫外线消毒在Ⅲ类环境中使用无菌干罐存放持物钳时测试持物钳细菌的污染率及无菌干罐的使用时限。然后在我院推广使用 4年。结果　我国南方的温度及湿度使用无菌干罐使用时限为 4h ;紫外线室内空气消毒对无菌干罐钳污染无减低作用 ;4年来在本院Ⅲ类环境中推广使用无菌干罐持物钳未发生医院感染。结论　在普通医院Ⅲ类环境中使用无菌干罐持物钳的消毒方法是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the reliability of using sterile-dry-caddy to store forceps-holder in class Ⅲ environment of hospital. Methods The contamination rate of forceps-holder and the service life of sterile-dry-caddy using in different seasons, room temperatures, humidity and using ultraviolet sterilized or not in class Ⅲ environment of hospital were observed. The results of extending application of this technique for 4 years also reported. Results In southern China, the service time of sterile-dry-caddy is 4 hours. Ultraviolet sterilization can not reduce the contamination rate of forceps-holder storing in sterile-dry-caddy. No nosocominal infection was found in the four years of extending application the technique. Conclusions It is a reliable way of using sterile-dry-caddy to store forceps-holder in class Ⅲ environment of common hospital.更多还原
