【摘要】 青霉素、先锋霉素在临床抗感染广泛应用 ,一致认为是疗效高、毒性低、价格低廉的抗生素。由于易出现过敏反应 ,使用前必须做皮内试验。为了合理使用青霉素、先锋霉素 ,我们于1997年 2月～ 2 0 0 1年 2月 ,对 5 847例次青霉素皮试的病人 ,182 3例次先锋霉素皮试的病人结果进行统计学分析研究。结果表明 ,青霉素皮试在不同时间操作有不同的结果 ,11∶0 0～ 13∶0 0阳性率高 ,先锋霉素无时间关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Penicillin and Cephalosporin were wildly used in the clinical, it is considered as antibiotics with high therapeutic effect, low toxicity and low price. But for allergic reaction, skin test must be done before using. In order to use Penicillin and Cephalosporin rationally, from feburary 1997 to feburary 2001, the results of 5847 patients with penicillin skin test and 1823 patients with cephalosporin skin test were analyzed statistically. The results showed that the passive rate of penicillin skin test was high from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm; that of cephalosporin has no relation with the time.更多还原
