【摘要】 目的　探讨肝素对慢性肝病微循环障碍的治疗作用与相关护理。方法　将 34例乙肝患者随机分为两组 ,对照组给予常规治疗 (极化液、脉安定、甘利欣静滴 ) ,治疗组另给小剂量肝素静推或低分子肝素皮下注射 ,疗程 1个月。结果　两组病人肝功能均有不同程度改善 ,治疗组肝脏微循环状况和相关生化指标均有明显改善 ,对照组不明显。结论　肝素治疗加上积极的护理能有效改善慢性肝病患者的微循环状况 ,促进肝功能恢复更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe the curative effect of heparin on microcirculatory disturbance of chronic hepatopathy and the nursing. Methods 34 patients with chronic hepatopathy were randomly divided into two groups: routine therapy group(the control group) and routine therapy plus heparin group(the treatment group). Results Liver founctions were improved in two groups, hepatic microcirculation was significantly improved in the treatment group. There was no significant change in the control group. Conclusions Treating with heparin plus positive nursing can effectively improve hepatic microcirculation and promote the recovery of liver function in chronic hepatopathy.更多还原
