【Abstract】 With the deepening reform in high educational system, gradually out comes the problem that the disadvantaged minority lacks the protection in enrollment , studying rights and interests . To establish the support system which suits the development of high education, the key element is to fulfill the national student-aid-loan system , to strive for the social aid from diversified channels, to accumulate the assistant power from the nation, the society and schools, and to from a complete support system for impoverished students.更多还原
