【Abstract】 The dielectric spectricscopies of Ba0.74Sr0.26TiO3 were measured in frequancies from 10-2 ~ 106Hz in different temperatures. In ultra-low frequancies, because of the contribution of the space charge,dielectric constant of the sample in the higher temperature is much higher than the Curie-peak of 58 ℃ .The Cole-Cole plot appears to be a segment of arc in the complex ε plane, and the center of circle is below the real axis.更多还原
