还原处理近化学计量比铌酸锂晶体的光折变特性研究
Photorefractive Properties of Reduced Near-stoichiometric
【摘要】 给出了一种光生伏特场E_ph(?)10~4V/cm,耦合系数(?)(?)25cm~-1,光折变响应时间τ为100ms的强还原试样,其光折变衍射效率η随温度变化,激活能为0.48±0.01eV.它的光电导、暗电导的激活能分别为0.48±0.02eV和0.8±O.02eV.这些结果与同成分纯铌酸锂晶体的不同.
【Abstract】 A sample strongly reduced with photovoltaic field (Eph(?)104V/cm) exponential gain coefficient ((?)25cm-1) and fast photorefractive response (τ= 100ms) are provided in this article. In addition, photorefractive diffraction efficiency η varies according to the temperature, activation energy is 0.48 ±0.0 1eV. The activation energies of the photoconductivity and the dark conductivity are 0.48±0.02eV and 0.8±0.02eV respectively. These results are remarkedly different from that of same composition of pure LiNbO3, and discussed here.
