用贝氏体球墨铸铁制作铁路货车斜楔铁的研究

【摘要】 采用Amsler型磨损试验法及激励释放振动衰减法,对贝氏体球墨铸铁(ADI)的耐磨性及抗振机理进行了对比研究,提出并采用了ADI代替ZG230-450作为铁路货车斜楔的材质,经生产实际考核成功,获得了可观的经济效益,并介绍了一种生产中的提质降耗措施——增碳技术.

【Abstract】 The Amsler abrasion test and the energizing and releasing oscillation attenuation test are used in this article. Abradability and the mechanism of damping resistence of ADI are studied. Then the conclusion is drawn, that ADI can be used to take the place of ZG230-450 as the material of slanting wedge in freight train. This has been proved successfully in practice and gained a considerational economic profit. In addition, a method of improving quality and reducing production costs,called recarbure technology, is introduced.
