铸态Mo-Nb钢贝氏体组织形成过程研究

【摘要】 由于铸态贝氏体钢不需热处理而在铸态下可直接得到,因此生产工艺可大大简化,从而降低了产品的成本.该钢是针对液态挤压钢质耙片而研制的.当钢的成分一定时,要获得贝氏体组织就要控制冷却条件.铸态贝氏体钢的组织是从液态开始,经连续冷却转变而形成.为真实反映Mo-Nb钢铸态组织的形成,可用CCT图模拟铸态条件,找出冷却速度与各种组织形成的规律,用以指导铸态贝氏体钢的生产.

【Abstract】 The as-cast Bainite steel studied in the paper is obtained at the casting phase directly and need not the heat treatment. So the manufacturing processes are simplified greatly so that the cost of the product is decreased. This kind of steel is studied for the harrow disk which is made of the liquid-extruder steel. When components of steel are definite, the cooling-condition must be controlled in order to obtain the Bainite formation. The as-cast Bainite formation begins with the liquid-phase and is formed through the continuous-cooling transformation. In order to authentically manifest the forming of the as-cast Bainite formation of Mo-Nb steel, this paper simulates the casting-phase condition with the CCT diagram. At the same time, this paper can be applied not only to discover the rules between the colling speed and the forming of various formations, but also to guide the manufacturing of as-cast Bainite steel.
