PCBN刀具的磨损机理
Wear Mechanism of Polycrystalline Cubic Boron Nitride Tools
【摘要】 通过切削实验研究了PCBN刀具切削淬硬钢和铸铁的磨损机理.实验结果显示,PCBN刀具的主要磨损机理是刀具的氧化磨损及刀具与工件接触区域元素之间的相互扩散磨损和刀具材料的微裂解.
【Abstract】 Various experiments were performed to investigate the wear mechanism of polycrystalline cubic boron nitride tools used for machining hardened steels and cast iron. Three main effects were found that are responsible for PCBN tool wear: oxidation wear of the tool, interdiffusion were of elements between PCBN tool and workpiece interface and tool material microfracture.
