二元过渡金属氧化物界面结构的研究(Ⅱ):应用FT-IR及DSC方法表征非晶相结构
Study on interfacial structure of binary transition metal oxides (Ⅱ) : -Characterization of non- crystalline structure by FT-IR and DSC methods
【摘要】 继前文之后,应用FT-IR及DSC方法进一步研究了五种二元过渡金属氧化物体系,即含0~100Wt%MoO3的MoO3-Fe2O3,MoO3-V2O5,MoO3-TiO2(锐钛矿),MoO3-WO3及 MoO3-ZrO2在界面上非晶相分散的结构。根据FT-IR光谱及其差谱的原始数据,首次报导了界面上新生的非晶相物种的特征吸收谱带,并将其与键价结构相关联。DSC热分析证明,组分氧化物在固相热反应中的放热峰及吸热峰与非晶相分散的微晶及盐类复合氧化物或固溶体的形成有关,其中包括晶格畸变和瓦解、熔化、烧结或表面化学反应等机理有关。
【Abstract】 Structure and mechanism of non - crystalline dispersion at the interface of five binary oxide systems, that is, MoO3-Fe2O3, MoO3-V2O5, MoO3-TiO2(anatase), MoO3 - WO3 and MoO3-ZrO2 containing 0 - 100wt% MoO3 were further studied by FT-IR and DSC methods. By means of FT-IR spectra and its differential spectra, the characteristic absorption bands produced by new species of non - crystalline phase at the interface are reported for the first time. These bands are correlated to chemical bonds. Results of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) show that the exothermic and endothermic peaks could be attributed to the formation of solid solution, the lattice distortion and disintegration, the melting, the sintering and the surface chemical reactions,respectively.
